Before you begin
How is the PodClass delivered?
Upon registration, you will get via email a login link to the Heartwired Leader PodClass Portal. Each module is a podcast-style lesson you can listen to anytime, paired with a reflective journal and one practice to try at work. You move at your own pace.
When do I take the EIQ assessment?
After registration, you will get a separate email with a link to the EIQ Assessment. I recommend taking the assessment prior to starting module 1. Upon completing the assessment, the report will be emailed to you.
Do I need to manage a team?
No. The PodClass is for anyone who leads - people, projects or themselves. Every practice works whether you lead a team of twenty or are preparing for your first leadership role.
How does the coaching session work?
With the Core + Coaching option, you book a 60-minute session with Dr. MJ after you receive your EIQ report. Together you explore your results and build a growth plan for the modules ahead.
Can my company enroll a group?
